A little dated and radiator was broke but did have a plug in heater instead

Great location for our needs. Lovely and clean with a comfortable bed and excellent shower. The staff were friendly and polite. Good value for money and next to a pub with good food at a decent price.

The lights made a strange humming noise which was a little distracting when trying to relax.

Only had one pillow and one towel between two of us. To be honest I could have gone to reception to ask for an extra towel but it was too tired, so this is not a negative comment just maybe need to get the cleaners to make sure there are enough cleaning facilities for the amount of guest when they check the rooms

Smelled musty/old? In corridors. Black mould between tiles around bath. Disabled bedroom had a bath - yes there were rails round it but useless if a disabled person (most) cannot get in or out of bath - side of bath too high to get legs over the side. Bed not comfortable. Only 3 pillows in a double room. Quilt on double bed only just reached over edge of top of mattress on both sides - maybe a double quilt on a king sized bed? Could here upstairs guests thumping around at 6am. Only 4 teabags and 4 milks in room. I know we could have asked for more but were disabled and would have had to go hunting for staff.

Young man on reception was very helpful & friendly. Location great for overnight stay close to Motorway but quiet. Shops & pub grub restaurant on doorstep.

Everything was generally great, however, the morning and evening traffic was very busy, not the hotels fault!!

Excellent location, comfortable and good value for money. Staff friendly and efficient. Across from Sainsbury’s, petrol station, Aldi and Burger King. Pub next door serving food.

The location was great for us.

Our stay at purple roomz was interesting. The facilities were as expected for the location and price - however, we had agreed with the receptionist that we would go for breakfast in the morning and we didn't have to book. We arrived for breakfast at the time we said we'd be there, and the restaurant was closed. We phoned only to get no answer. We returned to the reception (supposedly 24 hour) and got no answer. There was three young women at the reception who said they had been there for an hour. We then decided to leave and get food elsewhere. Ask we left, the receptionist had returned to the desk, after what looked by his appearance to be a good sleep. The room was exactly what we were looking for... A bed and a bathroom but the noise coming from the fan (which worked with the light switch) was very irritating and needs remedied.

Room basic but had everything you needed for an overnight stay,shower,tv and facility to brew up or make a coffee,for the price it was good value for money.

Like all the other reviews, great location near the motorway, restaurant/shops right outside, and lovely staff. Easy walk to Bamber bridge train station (small carpark, but plenty of free spaces). Definitely use again.
